Submit a Deletion Request

Tell us how to identify your account and submit. Deleting your account removes your account and all data associated with it. Your request opens a prefilled email addressed to our team. If your email app does not open, send the request manually to [email protected].

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we delete your account and all personal data connected to it, including your account profile and email, saved practice progress, selected state and preferences, saved road signs, and the content of support messages associated with your account.

What We Keep and For How Long

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained after your account is deleted only where allowed or required by law:

• Purchase and subscription records needed for tax, accounting, and refund obligations — retained as required by law (typically up to 7 years). Store purchase history is also held by Apple or Google.
• Security and fraud-prevention logs — retained for a limited period to protect users and prevent abuse.
• Records required for legal compliance or to resolve disputes — retained for as long as the obligation applies.
• De-identified or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you — may be kept for analytics and product improvement.

Delete From Inside the App

You can also delete your account in the app. Open DMV Practice Test, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps.

If You Used the App Without an Account

DMV Practice Test allows practice without registration. If you never created an account, deleting the app from your device removes local data such as saved progress, selected state, and preferences. If you still want server-side data removed, submit a request above and describe how to identify your usage.
